We've recently had some headaches with delivery to customers in France.
French Chronopost seem to be very willing to hold or return packages to NZ if there is any problem with the address or phone number.
If you select track and trace shipping you are required to sign for the package. You must ensure that you will be available at the address and phone number given during business hours.
We will provide you a link to the tracking number as soon as the package ships. Please monitor that carefully and make an inquiry with Chronopost if the package hasn't been delivered after about 7 working days.
